Terms and Conditions

Only residents booked are permitted to stay at the property.

• All of our buildings are strictly NO SMOKING.

• Tampering with fire fighting equipment, such as fire alarms, smoke detectors and call buttons will result in a fine and may result in a termination of the reservation.

• Access details to the building are only to be shared with your group. They are not to be given out to non residents.

• No animals are allowed in any of our buildings, except for service animals – proof will be required upon booking.

• Other guests are to be respected and in house noise levels are kept to a minimum.

• Stag, hen and other groups are welcome, however we do not allow parties to take place in our apartments.

• One key/fob is provided per apartment. We provide lockboxes for safe keeping. In the event that a key/fob is lost, there is a £15 charge.

• In the event that the door lock needs to be changed, there will be a £75 charge.

• We ask that you reuse your towels provided. Guests staying longer than 2 nights will have their towels refreshed on the 3rd day and every 2 days thereafter.

• For guests staying longer than 7 days, we offer a complimentary light clean of your apartment and refresh any bedding.

• Extra toilet roll is available upon request.

• Irons and ironing boards are available upon request.

• We do not have air con in our buildings. Fans are available upon request on a first come first served basis and is limited to 1 per apartment.

• If you would like your apartment servicing outside of the terms, there is a £20 charge to renew any bedding, towels and light clean.

• Any vomit, urine, faeces, blood or bodily fluids will require a specialised clean and will be charged accordingly.

• Cots are available upon request.

• Buildings are unmanned during off peak times but are monitored 24 hours a day via CCTV and security patrols.

• Decoration and drink packages are available and must be prebooked with a minimum of 3 days notice.

• All requests are subject to availability.
