Sevenstay Plus Apartment 407

Never again... Positive: Quality of the apartment was good Negative: Management absolutely awful. Was told 3 different things about late check out and 1 of them repeating twice on 2 different days to be told on the day that i was given wrong information and would have to pay double that amount! Absolutely clueless! Shocking experience of so poor communication. In the end agreed to pay the extra just to be told we needed to leave.... Just another small thing but we have booked this apartment for 5 people, we have been given TWO tiny bottles of shower gel and one for hair.... ( fyi 1 bottle was enough for around 3rd of my body, think it was something like 5ml...) The sofabed in living room consisted of 2 square pieces that were not joined together...
