I will return definitely Positive: Lovely place to stay in.Cowan and central Negative: Nice Clean Clean towels The heater did not work until 11:30pm though.Someone was there to fix it so we did not sleep in a cold place.

Positive: Helpful people, very comfortable accommodation and very happy with the 24 hour reception. Negative: A little too far to the conference centre and not able to raise the TV volume

Avoid at all costs especially if you are looking for somewhere family friendly Positive: Location on Hall Old Street is good. Unless you are a stag / hen do keep searching for somewhere else. Not suitable for families Negative: Read the other reviews - people have spoken about broken bed, broken washing machine, broken shower. There are a number of pre checks - a rental agreement to sign & photo ID required in advance for everyone (including children we were told ) plus damage deposit . You will see they accept stag / hens when you sign the agreement by which point it’s too late to book something else. I explained we’re a young family pls can they place us away from noisy groups . That didn’t happen, 1am I messaged the hotel & someone came to tell the group to keep the noise down. 3.30am it was still going on. That “reception” is only manned some of the time. I emailed the hotel to complain have heard nothing. Hard to understand what the pre checks are for if this is the experience you pay for.
