Positive: Bien situé. Proche des docks et de plusieurs pubs. Negative: Manque d'ustensiles de cuisines malgré une cuisine équipée.

It was spacious, with comfy beds and a good location and base from which to explore the city. Positive: Good instructions about front door code entry and the lock box, easy to access. The apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed in the lounge created a helpful additional option for separate sleeping space. It was in a great location central to the city centre and dock area, and it was a good base from which to pop in and out for events and to see the sites and to arrive back at different times. It was handy for parking across the road at the 24 hour access car park (separate cost - not linked to accommodation). It has basic kitchen amenities and a large fridge and freezer. Compared to other properties, it was a good price. Negative: Because there was no person in the building to meet and greet and be present, and the apartment block is large, as a woman entering the apartment or travelling between floors in the lift alone, it could feel a little unsafe. The apartment had a surface appearance cleanliness, but was not the cleanest. We found some large chunks of broken glass on the dining room floor and shards in the rug, and something sticky had been spilled on the floor that hadn't been cleared up. There wasn't an easy way to alert the accommodation providers to ensure they knew we weren't responsible. But there was nothing missing from the utensils - glasses etc - so it didn't impact our use too much. It was a surprise to us that there were only two small windows in the whole apartment, both of which faced walls of another building a couple of metres away, and so there was very little natural light or ventilation. I just think it would be helpful to indicate that in the accommodation info - again for us, as we weren't there too long and were out a lot, it didn't impact so much.
