Sevenstay Plus Apartment 106

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and look forward to returning Positive: Sevenplus was comfortable and it had everything we needed. On arrival at the property we were greeted and welcomed by a very respectful, kind and helpful young man. First impressions count a lot. Negative: There was nothing to fault.

Positive: The apartment was a great size and lovely and clean. Staff was lovely and came when having a problems. Negative: Only issues, we had was that the double bed in main bedroom was broke. So a man came and put screws in it for temporary fix only thing was we didn't feel safe sleeping on it so we slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable and the other issue we had was no hot water so had to have shower when home and have cold wash before leaving the apartment which did wake us up.

Soggy cereal. Positive: The location was the only good part of the hotel. It was very close to Castle Street other than that it was below average in all ways. Easy access to the hotel, receptionist was nice. Good amenities nearby. Negative: The biggest problem was the room temperature; it was so bad that my Whoop told me my body heat was at an all-time high. I received the apartment, and it was dirty; the beds were stained, the couch was stained as well, no airflow as stated, and overall it was not worth the money whatsoever. Don't get me started about how thin the walls were; anyone who walked in the corridor, I could hear them as if they were inside the apartment.

Great location and good value! Positive: Great location, in city centre but away from too much noise. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Good sized, clean apartment with everything you need. Great communication via messages.
