Sevenstay Plus Apartment 001

Cómodo monoambiente nuevo para estancia breve - es más hotel que apartamento - Internet no funciona Positive: El departamento está nuevo, muy bien conservado y cuidado, las camas súper cómodas y el baño es amplio y espacioso. Tiene grifería nueva, amplio espacio en la habitación y en general está templado, con buena temperatura. La ubicación es muy buena, si bien hay que caminar unos 20 minutos hasta zonas más turísticas, está cerca de transportes, tiene un supermercado al lado y otro enfrente, y varios restaurantes alrededor. Nos faltaba una toalla y al contactar con el equipo vía mensajería lo solucionaron en unas horas, responden rápidamente aunque no siempre puedan dar solución. Negative: El wi-fi disponible es muy difícil de usar, no solo tiene señal extremadamente débil, sino que, una vez se conecta un dispositivo, ya no puede conectarse ningún otro. (Debe ser la configuración de seguridad de red, ya que da error de credenciales y un dispositivo puede conectar...). Eso es un servicio fundamental hoy día, y deberían mejorarlo. No hay elementos de limpieza del ambiente (solamente una esponja y jabón de vajilla), y no es posible pasar una escoba en el suelo o secar el baño. Como tiene mampara parcial, se moja bastante el suelo del baño, a pesar de que la ducha y bañera son nuevas y bonitas. La vajilla está muy incompleta: solo dos vasos, dos tazas, dos platos y dos boles, entendemos que consideran que todo el mundo pide comida hecha. Si vas con intención de hacerte tu propia comida, trae una sartén, solamente hay dos cacerolas (ningún otro recipiente, ni siquiera colador para pasta). Hemos cocinado huevos en el horno :) En resumen: como hotel, es más que bueno, pero para hacer vida de apartamento (como solemos ir de vacaciones nosotros), aún le faltan bastantes utensilios y mejorar el servicio wi fi.

A spacious studio in the middle of Liverpool with great facilities! Positive: We came from another property which did not make us happy at all so we had booked this last minute (like literally last minute as in an hour or two prior to arriving to this property). Nathan helped us wonderfully and was super kind, allowing us to rant about the place we just came from too. The actual studio apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The communication with the property was also super quick and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and were so grateful we could stay here. Negative: These are not really dislikes, but more so notes of things that would have improved our stay. It would have been great to have at least some spices in the kitchen of the room, or at least salt and pepper as these were missing as was any cooking oil. I am not sure if this is a possibility, but having that pre-stocked would have been very helpful! We also found the WiFi to be a bit dodgy sometimes, occasionally the login code would not work whilst it did on other times. Aside from these two small points, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great time in Liverpool! Positive: This was my first stay in Liverpool. The apartment's location is excellent, within walking distance of the city's main attractions, making everything easily accessible. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was also very quiet. I highly recommend this property and would happily stay there again.

Great property and location Positive: Good location, with loads of facilities near by, large apartment which was very comfortable. Staff and communication with the property excellent. Negative: WiFi wasn't great and the bath was tiny.
