Unbearable heat Positive: Good location Negative: Not even during a heatwave and the heat in the flat was unbearable. The room was so warm we didn’t get any sleep and there was no fan in the room, and the window only opened a crack. The outside temperature was only around 24 degrees so I would recommend not staying here if the weather is even remotely warm.

A really nice stay and good value for money Positive: Cleanliness and layout of the room plus the location of the property Negative: If only there was air conditioning. The top floor was very hot

Positive: Piso amplio, muy limpio y realmente céntrico. La cocina funciona bien. El staff fue agradable y atento. Negative: Está ubicado en.una zona con muchos pub que tienen musica alta hasta la 1 o así de la noche. El mueble donde está ubicada la nevera desprendía un olor fuerte a humedad. El colchón de la cama era muy blando.

Negative: Tried to pay the required £150 refundable deposit during check‑in, but the person at reception told us the £150 option was not available and that we had to pay a £25 non‑refundable deposit instead. We unwillingly paid the £25 as it was a very busy check‑in time with long queues. I have booked properties through Booking.com for years and always leave accommodations in perfect condition. How a deposit can be non‑refundable after the stay was fully paid in advance and the property left exactly as required is something I cannot understand.

An decent place to stay in Liverpool Positive: It's an easy walk to all the main attractions you want to see in Liverpool plus the staff were very responsive if you have any concerns about the property. Negative: It's not the fault of the property but it's right in front of a nightclub so if you're travelling with kids or elderly people or you're someone who's sensitive to noises, expect that you won't get a proper sleep at night cos of the loud music/noise. Also, In a sunny day, the room can get really hot but they did provide an electric fan upon request.
