Perfect central location, would definitely use again. Positive: Perfect location, although if you’re not there for partying it can be a bit noisy into the early hours. Easy to get in and out of the building while still remaining very secure. Lovely, clean room. Staff were brilliant, very friendly, fan provided for the room on request (it was during heatwave), as was an iron. Negative: No remote for the tv, which would have been good for music etc while getting ready for the evening or watching news over a morning coffee Small irritation as I don’t routinely check emails, and the messages didn’t appear properly on the booking.com app, but I feel the need for uploading official ID for each person prior to staying was unnecessary, could be done at the desk on arrival as is done at hotels

Appalling treatment of customers. Would not recommend. I believe them to be fraudulently taking payments knowing they we Positive: I could not gain access Negative: Unable to access the property. Had difficulty filling in appropriate forms and unable to get hold of the 24/7 support number. Eventually spoke to someone to explain the issues with the online forms to which they were no help. Abandoned our spontaneous plans and got transport home. They had taken payment from my bank despite not being able to access property. No code was sent for the door. Company refuses to refund me and booking.com was no help as mediator. £70 down and couldn’t even get in the place. Disgusted with their customer service.

Clean and convenient, but stayed very warm Positive: Check-in was very easy, great location and spacious, modern and clean appartement Negative: The building was unfortunately very warm even though the weather outside was quite cool

Positive: It was comfortable and in a good location. Negative: The place was way too noisy. We couldn't sleep till 4am because of the loud music all around. It was quite terrible. And there was no one to talk to at reception most of the time.

Excellent facilities will definitely book again Positive: The location was amazing , the apartment was clean and well furnished . Negative: Nothing .
