Mid Positive: Property was clean, lovely room and very great commute area Negative: They fail to mention you have to pay a fee once you booked and already paid for the hotel? U can either pay 25 or they pre hold 170 on your card. Which I think is ridiculous, for us that don’t have a spare 170 sat there, you’re basically forced to pay 25. We had issues getting into the room, called up and they said someone will be up to you to help. We waited for about 20 mins and still no one came up to help. So we rang again, they said go to reception (baring in mind they say they don’t have an exception??) staff where not the friendliest but we eventually in, after wasting so much time. Was disappointed as we was there for 1 night, so that was 30 mins of our trip wasted

Great Location and would recommend for groups of friends or people with no issues around the dislike Positive: Location was perfect based in concert square more or less. Main Double bed in our room good. Showers were perfect and everything worked. No issues with WIFI Despite previous complaints. Checking in was very easy and hosts were responsive at all times. Overall good stay would recommend for groups or solo travelers but not for families due to noise and other rooms being mainly booked for people there to socialize. Negative: Sofa Bed was quite poor comfortableness wise. Sofa Bed could do with proper pillows. We personally had no issue with noise but can understand from previous complaints as was a nightclub across the road think it depends on what apartment your in. Small thing but 10am check out is a bit early.
