Sevenstay Fleet Apt43

Excellent staff, good central location, comfort needs to be addressed. Positive: By far and away the best thing about this property was the staff, particularly Carina who went above and beyond to try to make us comfortable, she was an absolute delight and deserves a pay rise! Entry to and from the apartment was nice and easy and the location was very central, and although the area was party and nightclub central, the excellent windows kept the noise out. Negative: The apartment was reasonably clean but could have been better, the property is described as suitable for 2 or more persons, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, with plenty of bedding available, but the sofa bed in the living room area appeared to be badly broken, it was so bad it was too uncomfortable to sit on and virtually impossible to sleep on it, and if it wasn't for Carina doing all she could with additional bedding to make it bearable, we would have moved elsewhere, also the shower, although lovely, big and modern was very dangerous for someone like me with (temporary) mobility issues, there are no grab bars, no non-slip bath mats, and the very large permanently fixed shower screen made it really difficult to get in and out. These 2 issues were the ONLY problems, and if addressed would ensure that we would return to SevenStays Apartments, which we would in a heartbeat.
