rip off Positive: the location is great and bathroom was clean Negative: the fact that we had to wait 30 min upon arrival to send us the code to get in our room was unacceptable. Bed sheets were used by somebody else and were not changed. also the matress needs to be changed.

Overall good location that's about the only good thing about this room Definitely not worth the mone Positive: Location was fantastic in city centre & close to Aintree 👍💯 Negative: After booking last minute after being let down by another host I paid what can only be described as extortionate for an uncomfortable stay . The room was cramped with no way to turn off the central heating the sofa bed in the room needs replacing it dips in the middle & basically sleeping on the floor after requesting an early check in we arrived to be greeted by very rude member of staff who informed me of no early check in then demanded £5 per bag for them to be left at reception something we didn't really have a choice in as we were there for only 1day for the racing very disappointed

Great staff, good value, convenient location, can be a little noisy Positive: Fantastic staff, great location, spacious room, good value Negative: Above an Irish pub that had live music until 2am on a Sunday night. Was quite noisy which I guess is why they provide earplugs.
