Positive: Caroline was exceptional helpfull and feiendly Negative: The lack of. Cleanliness of the bathroom. Having to pay deposit when. Blinds damaged and some stained

Loud, unaccomodating. Positive: Close to all the shops! Negative: VERY LOUD. Would definitely not stay again with my children. There was a huge flood light outside our window that was shining through the awful blinds all night. (stayed on the first floor apartment 7) we were right by the night clubs so it was extremely loud, there was a dead black bird right outside our window- when I complained about this we were told it would be passed onto the manager but nothing was done, the smell was horrific and the flies in the apartment because of this bird. I also asked to move to a higher floor as none of us could sleep and we were told they’d get back to us- again this didn’t happen. Stains on the sofa, drawers were broken on the desk. Flooring was coming apart. The sofa bed was AWFUL. Not the properties fault at all that it’s loud- it’s just the location (concert square) just something to be mindful of. The music is blaring until 4am. (This was on a Sunday and Monday night)
