Little gem in a big city!! Positive: Brilliant Location- right in the middle of everything!! Really good value for money!! Staff lovely!! Does what it says on the tin 😊 Negative: Beds in our apartment a little dated/worn but we saw lots of new ones and sofas arriving when we left!!

Great Location and would recommend for groups of friends or people with no issues around the dislike Positive: Location was perfect based in concert square more or less. Main Double bed in our room good. Showers were perfect and everything worked. No issues with WIFI Despite previous complaints. Checking in was very easy and hosts were responsive at all times. Overall good stay would recommend for groups or solo travelers but not for families due to noise and other rooms being mainly booked for people there to socialize. Negative: Sofa Bed was quite poor comfortableness wise. Sofa Bed could do with proper pillows. We personally had no issue with noise but can understand from previous complaints as was a nightclub across the road think it depends on what apartment your in. Small thing but 10am check out is a bit early.

Awful stay Positive: Nothing Negative: Apartment is center to Night clubs. Right beside one & in the front. Not at all good for the families. Coming to the apartment, the beds are awful & with a small dining table good enough for 2. The Noise levels are so high - didnt sleep for the entire stay. This hotel shouldnt showup with a family filter on Booking.com, however it showed up.

Positive: Rooms were good and the place was nice Negative: They asked me for photos of id of every single guest before we got there and i was driving at the time and it was a bit off hassle because we were a party of 18 people, ive never had to do that anywhere ive stayed before And then when i arrived i was told they wanted £150 damage deposit for each room and that was a lot of money for 5 rooms
