Liverpool trip for Open Golf ! Positive: The location was very convenient for buses, trains, bars & restaurants ! Negative: Didn't know it was a disco area before arrival ! Near bed in our room probably needs news mattress . !

Positive: Lovely clean room, perfect location and brilliant communication from moment I booked and whilst I was in Liverpool, will definitely be booking again Negative: Sofa bed wasn’t most comfortable but fine for 2 night stay! And music from club over road was loud but not the fault of the property itself and still able to sleep.

If you want to party. This is the place to stay. Otherwise STAY CLEAR Positive: Was clean and tidy had a well stocked kitchen Negative: Location, directly across from fusion night club and concert square the night club opens at 11pm until 6am, the noise is unbearable, windows vibrate and you mite as well be in your bed in the middle of the nightclub. Then the noise of everyone leaving the club up to after 7am. I was staying with my young daughter and it was hell on earth, it is also a party accommodation and fire alarms went off too in the middle of the night and scared the life out of my 11yr old daughter. Beds very uncomfortable, can feel the springs in your back, and we stayed 4 nights and not as much as a clean towel or toilet roll. I contacted the host and they advised basically it is what it is. They advised it does say about the possibility of occasional noise, this was not occasional it was from 11pm- 7am every night, base, music, loud vocals, fights and brawls, football chants, bottles smashing. Absolute nightmare. The host was sorry to hear about the bed too and it was screwed together with wooden pallet planks. I could go on and on and on. Place stinks of Grass , drugs and drink.
