Negative: Nothing major, just missed having a frying pan...

The box for room keys are hard to open. Specially if its a first timer to encounter a kind of keybox Positive: Location very near to city centre Negative: Opening the front door with the passcodes. Not clear instruction on how to input the passcodes.
