You won't get any sleep staying here Negative: Don't stay here unless you intend to party all night until 6am. We stayed here from Wednesday to Saturday and from about 11am until 6am the next day there's a nightclub below the hotel that blasts music constantly. After about 9pm it turns into a rave and you can even still hear it with ear plugs in. They also flash strobe lights and the curtains wouldn't close properly so it lights up your room. The apartment was roasting, but didn't have any air con and you couldn't open the window because it was too noisy. We stayed on the third floor in room 27. The room was fine apart from that and clean and the reception staff were friendly, but the noise coming from the night club outside was relentless. There was also people who kept coming in and out below us and next to us who kept slamming their doors and laughing really loudly at around 3am one night. There is also a strip joint nearby, so it's definitely not an area for children to stay. On Booking.com people say it's noisy, but fine of you wear ear plugs, but they must be deaf! I wish I read the reviews on Google before I booked as at least people are honest here. They also ask you to send them a picture of your ID, which I was not comfortable with, but they allowed me to send it with the details scored out. They just needed a photo and date of birth. It says the hotel has a bar, but it's just alcohol you can buy from behind the reception. They also make you pay a £150 deposit in case of damages, which you don't get back until a week later. I only got back yesterday, so I am still waiting for my refund. They don't tell you this until the day before so it's not like you can get somewhere else to stay easily. I would never stay here again or in this area because it is far too noisy for me. I can only add photos on here, if I could add videos I would share two videos I took of the noise.

Excellent location for bars, restaurants and train stations. Positive: The lovely receptionist who let us in and supplied us with door codes was very helpful. Negative: The noise from the nightclub was overpowering when the window was open. Close the window and no problem with the noise. However, it was very, very hot and the room didn’t have aircon.

An uncomfortable stay in a space that should have been comfortable, clean and convenient but was not. Positive: Location is central to all of Liverpool Negative: £150 deposit for an aparthotel that had many flaws: scratched furniture, stained cushions, broken blinds. It makes you nervous you will be blamed and will lose your deposit. There is some expectation when the place says it will have kitchen facilities, tea and coffee and soaps, etc, that it would provide a bear minimum, 1 cup per day, some dairy, salt, pepper. It didn’t. Some empty containers left under the desk, a dirty pan and bowl; mould around shower base, dirty grout… Very small space to enter shower cubicle and no where in the shower to place bottles and soaps except on the floor. The heat! There should be some ventilation—a shower fan, windows that safely open more than a few cms, tower fans that cool…

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything about the booking, would never advice anyone too book this place! Took a £150 deposit away from us because their was a little sauce on the floor that needed "deep cleaning". Shocking stay
