Noisy Positive: Nice and clean Negative: The night club outside was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, couldn’t hear the tv and the walls are so thin we could hear everything happening in other rooms

Brilliant location Positive: Spotlessly clean and such a great location right by the city centre and Concert Square. Wonderful, helpful staff who got our room changed for a quieter one and gave us a mattress topper for the sofa bed. Great spot if you're heading to Liverpool for a night out. Negative: Expected lots of noise at night due to the proximity to several bars and nightclubs but it really was loud, even on the top floor. The sofa bed was awful without the topper.

Positive: Location was perfect! Had the best stay for New years. Negative: It is noisy, probably not best for families.

Well equipped apartment for a short city break Positive: The location was great, very easy to walk everywhere in town. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Negative: The side of the building our room was on was above a nightclub’s courtyard and our window wouldn’t fully close. We had our two young children with us and luckily were able to drown out the noise with a white noise playlist through a speaker! I will say we were there Boxing Day and then a Saturday night so it wouldn’t always be that noisy. There was also noise in the corridor at about 0300 from other guests returning from their nights out.

Convenient, comfortable stay for city exploration and nightlife Positive: Clean, tidy, comfortable, great location for partying and exploring the city centre. Really nice shower. Negative: Noise rules were strictly enforced. Someone patrols the corridors and knocks the door if you talk or laugh too loud. This is ironic given that the hotel is above a nightclub that plays booming loud music all night long.
