Really a very positive experience overall Positive: Excellent location near the city centre , clean and comfortable with pleasant staff Negative: Too close to nightclubs with children and noise was an issue for the children at night

Cheap for a reason. Staff unhelpful. Bed horrific. Good location if you’re just going for drinks and don’t care about th Positive: Location was right in between all of the bars. Good location for a lively night. Night club opposite open until 6am and quite noisy though Negative: The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Opted for the sofa instead. Late check out unavailable. No iron or ironing board despite stating it has it. Staff could not find my booking on site and had to contact customer service to get my lock box code. Staff were unhelpful on all questions and didn’t even try to assist on some occasions. The staff when I couldn’t get access said “are you sure you booked?” And then walked out the front door to have a cigarette.

Excellent Service and Location, but Too Noisy for Rest Positive: We stayed in this apartment after a last-minute cancellation from another reservation, and overall the experience was positive. The location was excellent, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, and the price was excellent for what was offered. The customer service really stood out as well. They contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which is uncommon in this type of accommodation and was greatly appreciated. Their willingness to help and solve problems deserves recognition. Negative: The apartment is located in an area full of bars and clubs, so it can be very noisy at night. They even provide earplugs because of the noise, which says a lot. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, this may not be the best option. Also, we were four people and the sofa bed was honestly very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Positive: Super zentral gelegen. Es hat alles gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Person an der Rezeption im Haus. Schönes Badezimmer und funktionale Küchenzeile. Negative: Nachts bis früh in den Morgen sehr laut durch angrenzende Clubs. Die Betten waren sehr weich, das Schlafsofa nicht rückenfreundlich.
