A constructive note so this lovely property can improve… Maybe we will come again one day ;) Positive: The location is central. Very close to everywhere. The friendly English courtesy at the reception makes you feel good. Negative: The main issue is that, although the reservation was made through Booking, we were asked to pay an additional deposit of either £25 or £170 upon arrival. I had never come across this before, so please keep in mind that it’s the Booking payment plus at least £25. The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping at all – it’s really uncomfortable and even feels unsafe, as there is a big metal bar pressing into your back all night. The rooms should really be considered for two people only. Check-in was also a bit inconvenient; we had to wait outside for about an hour. During the rest of our stay there was someone at reception, but unfortunately not when we arrived. The sofa bed was stained and in very poor condition – honestly, it looked like something you wouldn’t want to take even if it were left out on the street. The kitchen equipment was also incomplete. The location is good, but this also means there is quite a lot of noise. If you plan to stay on a Friday or Saturday night, I recommend bringing earplugs. After our first night, we bought some from Boots and finally managed to sleep well.

Positive: Lovely appartment! Great location. Staff were brill even gave us a late check out as it was our anniversary! Very nice stay and will deffinitly be back 😃
