Nice place for young people Positive: Very central, apparment clean and Bed really nice. Really nice place for lads weekend 👌 Negative: Very later check in and a very very early check out. 10am. . Needed to go to a match at 4pm and would not take bags as check in was 3pm. Needed to use bounce. Hiding costs for deposits 150 or 25 sterling . Not really family friendly night club outside goes until 6am. Issue with fire alarm.

Positive: The location and carina on the desk was great Negative: Nothing at all

Buena ubicación, pero no tanto Positive: La ubicación excelente. Está en pleno centro cerca de Tha Cavern y Royal Albert Dock. Negative: Tenía solo dos sillas en la mesa para cuatro personas, el sillón cama era muy incómodo y está frente a varios pubs que ponen música a todo volumen durante toda la noche y no te deja dormir.

Positive: Location Negative: We weren't able to get new towels because we weren't staying a week

Lovely room but incredibly noisy outside, all night on both nights Positive: Nice room with plenty of space Negative: Very very noisy, opposite a nightclub that was open until 6am. Should be marketed with it clearly described as a venue not intended for people who want to sleep, but to enjoy a night out and crash afterwards.
