Positive: The location was good 👍 Negative: Too hot no air con xx extremely loud as next to a night club and no mirror to get ready ladies need this we like to see how we look 😀

Great apartment. Positive: The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable it was in a great location, on the centre of Liverpool. Negative: Could have done with more mirrors. Other than that, perfect.

Good building, Cleaning could be improved of the room. Positive: N/A Negative: Where do I start, the room obviously has not been cleaned thoroughly. From finding a stiletto shoe in the microwave to plastic cups under the sofa bed, i even picked up a bottle top this morning. For the cost I paid, I would have expected better. In regards to the facilities, you advertise that you sell alcoholic drinks which you can see at reception but what do you do if there is no one there. Apart from those items, it was a nice stay but maybe get a comfier mattress for the beds

Positive: Location was in the heart of the party but once windows are closed you cant hear the club life outside Negative: People im next room being locked out and banging and shouting at 5am in the morning for over an hour

Disappointing stay. Positive: central location though in a noisy neighbourhood. parking (paid) nearby. Negative: vastly overpriced- i've stayed in much better for far less. Ikea grade furnishings. Characterless. Strictly no admittance prior to 1500h and repeatedly reminded of departure before 1000h. Left luggage- chargeable. Property is in an apartment complex on a pedestrianised street with noisy night time bars. (Ear plugs rather ominously are provided by the owners). Much external and internal noise. Approaching the property in the late evening you may walk thro clouds of cannabis smoke before reaching the entrance.
