No hot water or customer support.
Positive: Location is good.
Negative: Awful customer service and no hot water available between 9 and 10am on a Thursday as their system can’t handle it. Receptionist was blocking the door having a cigarette when I arrived and I had to ask to get past, then they finished their cigarette before helping. Raised the hot water issue, no resolution or support or compensation.
