Positive: Good location. Really handy to everywhere within walking distance. Mccooleys at top of street is great for dinner and spoons great for breakfasts. All on one street Negative: It's not an apartment it's a large room. Pull out sofa bed doesn't stay together, extremely uncomfortable. £150 deposit required which is higher than anywhere I've ever stayed. No staff anywhere. Cant leave your luggage for late flight unless you pre book it in. Bathroom was grubby, hairs in the shower. Cheap stay, handy for shopping and nightlife.

Great location, would be back. Positive: Location was great. Very spacious room. Negative: The bed wasn’t comfortable, very soft mattress.

Noise and filths Positive: Reception was friendly Negative: Noise is absolutely bad, they should mention that on the description, this place is absolutely not suitable if you travel with family and kids. For 200£+ you’re not going to get a single teabag here, also floor looks filthy and not cleaned for the weeks. Sofa has some weird stains which is definitely could be cleaned with minimal effort. On the bedding I’ve noticed some stains from a kid’s palm, which wasn’t definitely belonged to mine, significantly smaller than their. And my pillow had a strong smell of the someone’s dirty head. These are not very pleasant details, but imagine how it feels. On top of everything, all evening until pretty much 5am music was banging pretty loudly. Yes they gave us earplugs, but it didn’t help at all. I was tempted to go in the different hotel, but rain and car parked 15 minutes good walk, so we have to stay. Absolutely nightmare. I can’t believe a single review of this place on Booking.com, but google reviews look pretty occurred so I’m not sure if those reviews on Booking are valid.

Great Staff, great location, great price but noisy. Positive: The location was spot on for anyone spending time in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. If you’re looking for an early night forget about it as you are right in the heart of concert square which is lively and LATE!!!! Negative: Unfortunately the pull out couch/bed has to be the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on especially in the second room we used No.7 apart from that and the door to balcony not closing fully the property was fine.

Positive: The kitchen was good and the apartment very clean. It is close to everything central. Negative: There was a lot of noise from local bars and other residents. It was Friday and Saturday so was to be expected given how central we were but as we were early to bed a quieter location would have better suited us.
