Clean city centre location Positive: Excellent central location.Carina on reception both friendly & welcoming👍 Negative: Sofa bed uncomfortable

Positive: Spotless apartment, wouldn't go there again as constant noise from club over the road,no sleep, male staff knocked our door asking us to keep the noise down, although we didn't have TV on,grandchild was sitting on sofa watching ipad, with headphones on and myself and my daughter were looking through photos on my phone, so unsure what noise we were making ,he was quite hostile.although female staff were friendly and welcoming. Negative: Noise ,hostile male staff member

Not clean, no hot water. Disappointing stay. Positive: Nice looking apartment let down by a few things. Negative: Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. We pulled out 2 plates in the kitchen that were dirty. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. It’s in a lively area so be prepared for noise until the early hours.

Convenient and modern apartment above a pub Positive: The rooms are great - good places to work and basic cooking facilities if you don't want to eat out all the time. The location is convenient but noisy - although they provide earplugs. Negative: It's above a pub that has live music until 2am even on a Sunday and Monday. The bed wasn't that comfortable.
