Disappointing due to noise and comfort Positive: Being able to use a fridge/kitchenette. The cleanliness of the place. We didn't see or need to interact with staff, but for the few minutes we did, they seemed nice. Close to the city but also the bars. Negative: Disappointed to say the least. It didn't start well, when two days before travelling, I was asked for a non refundable £30 security deposit or £150 refundable one. (Bet ween 3 to 7 days)Considering my stay was less than that, it didn't sit right with me, and why shouldn't a security deposit be refunded? This should be transparent at the time of the booking. Other unhelpful and unnecessary charges included a fee if you want to drop your bags in early while you wait for the strict 3pm check-in. Checkout is 10 am, so there is plenty of time to get them ready for an early check-in, which will cost you  £50, which shows they are available before 3 pm. A nice touch would be to send a message when the room is ready. Not a big deal, surely?! Other places we've stayed would also hold your bags for free. It's the little things! The apartment itself is clean and compact, but the sofa bed is so old and very uncomfortable, and my son couldn't sleep on it. In fact, it was uncomfortable to sit on as a couch, too. The mattress on the bed wasn't much better. Both being replaced would be huge improvements to the place. Now the noise..... unless you plan on being part of it, I wouldn't recommend this place. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night, and both had music playing until the very early hours. And it was loud! There was a spotlight directly outside our window, too. For what reason, I don't know. I'd suggest blackout blinds or get rid of the light. Earplugs are provided but are uncomfortable and unusable if you sleep on your side. All things considered, I personally wouldn't stay here again, and seeing the flat generic response emails sent as replies to former reviews, I doubt any changes will be made. But if location is your top priority and comfort and noise levels aren't, it's a good choice for you.

Great location for nightlife. Positive: Good location for nightlife or shopping. Room spacious. Negative: We all have our own comfort levels/opinions, but I felt the bed a little uncomfortable. It was very noisy until late, which may not suit some people, but didn't bother us at all. And the shower was a little tight to access, but the actual shower was great.

Sorprendido! Positive: La ubicación perfecta, muy céntrica, eso sí es una zona de mucha marcha y estan hasta altas horas de la madrugada, los cristales buenos aunque se oye un poco. Negative: Las sabanas de la cama principal no estaban cambiadas el día que llegamos, tuvimos que bajar a recepción para que nos las cambiarían y limpiaran el apartamento.
