Comfortable and convenient Positive: Very satisfied with the stay. The apartment was in good nick and was safe, easily accessible and convenient. Shower was lovely and the layout of the property was nice. Negative: The bed was quite low which was hard for a tall couple. The apartment wasn’t clean upon arrival upon personal opinion but we really liked it overall

Great location but.... Positive: The location was great despite located in night clubs area due to its proximity to Liverpool One and the Royal Albert Dock. Negative: First of all the mattress was the worst ever one I had slept in a hotel. It was so tiny that I could felt all the strings of it. I had a back pain and never slept properly and comfortably. It was like a student accommodation or hostel style bed. Secondly, the shower base was so slippery when taking shower and it would be very dangerous if someone slip and fall. There was non slippery mat on the ground. There was also no handle in the shower area and seperated with a big glass from the toilet area. Any accident could have serious consequences. It should have been taken care of by the management. There is also security deposit which had not been mentioned when booking and you could only know after booking by an email from the management. They want to charge you 25 pounds nonrefundable or 125 pounds refundable after booking and paying the amount which is a bit odd. When asked they told me that we mentioned about it on the photos of the property and there are 177 photos. As if they are expecting us to check hundreds of photos to find out. Anyway, overall except the location I would not recommend it and will not stay there again unless they improve a/m conditions.

Highly recommended for its great location and value for money. Positive: Great location. Great space and easy check in. We had flown to Manchester and got a bus from Manchester airport to Liverpool bus terminal, which is 5 mn away from Sevenstay Apts. All the bars and restaurants are 5 mn away and so is a large Tesco. Initially we were worried about the noise from across the road but it was fine. Easy to walk to other sights (such as Liverpool’s cathedral) and a short hop on the train to see the Gormley statues. Negative: The bed was a little funny although not uncomfortable.

Negative: La cama era bastante incómoda, el colchón se hundía bastante y el sofá cama era bastante incómodo también , por la noche hay muchísimo ruido ya que tienes discotecas a todos los lados del Establecimiento con lo cual hasta las 7 de la mañana no podrías dormir
