Positive: It was located in the perfect spot for access to Concert Square and just a short walk to the Cavern area. It was reasonably priced and a decent size for 3 of us sharing

Positive: The hosts communicated well, providing regular updates before arrival and clear instructions for accessing the property via door codes and a secure lockbox. The location is fantastic for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. Negative: There is no lift, so the accommodation may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as all apartments are located from the second floor upwards. In addition, several living room windows did not close properly, resulting in a constant draught, and the kitchen sink tap was noticeably loose.

Positive: The location was accessible and it is located in the city centre. Negative: The faucet in kitchen sink was wobbly, the drainage system was terrible especially in the shower and toilet sink, it tends to overflow and get into the toilet floor that we have to use the towel. We have problems with the electric and water supply in the morning and was not addressed right away, even after I told them that we were supposed to go on an early excursion and we badly needed the toilet. It was my first time booking a place that required to deposit a money, and was messaged me that if they found any dirt or damage to the property it will be deducted from the money I deposited.

Great location, staff were easy to communicate with, sofa bed was awful, as it’s a 6 sleeper and 2 would use the couch a Positive: Clean and great location Negative: Sofa bed was horrendous, even being drunk we felt it.. was also freezing cold, heating definitely not sufficient
