Positive: The location was accessible and it is located in the city centre. Negative: The faucet in kitchen sink was wobbly, the drainage system was terrible especially in the shower and toilet sink, it tends to overflow and get into the toilet floor that we have to use the towel. We have problems with the electric and water supply in the morning and was not addressed right away, even after I told them that we were supposed to go on an early excursion and we badly needed the toilet. It was my first time booking a place that required to deposit a money, and was messaged me that if they found any dirt or damage to the property it will be deducted from the money I deposited.

Great location, staff were easy to communicate with, sofa bed was awful, as it’s a 6 sleeper and 2 would use the couch a Positive: Clean and great location Negative: Sofa bed was horrendous, even being drunk we felt it.. was also freezing cold, heating definitely not sufficient

It was okay for a quick overnight stay location was great and it was very easy to access through the codes Positive: I like the location. It was a decent size would be good for a group booking and affordable. Negative: The radiator in the bedroom didn’t work The shower needs re-labelling or adjusting The The tap is wobbly in the kitchen The radiator in the bedroom does not work
