Positive: Kényelmes ágy, nagy apartman Negative: The £150 security deposit is unacceptable, especially when guests are not provided with a documented record of existing damage before check-in. I found and photographed 30–40 minor defects upon arrival, and I could easily have documented more. The problem is simple: how can guests prove they did not cause damage that was already there? This system creates an unfair situation where the host could blame guests for pre-existing damage and refuse to return their deposit. Future guests should be aware of this risk. I strongly recommend photographing every defect immediately upon arrival. In my opinion, demanding a £150 deposit without properly documenting the property's condition is completely unacceptable and unfair to guests.

Positive: Nice simple apartment, clean and well located Negative: Check in 3pm, check out 10am. 2pm to 11am would be slightly better.

Will not stay there again when we revisit Liverpool (which we enjoyed) Positive: Right in the City Centre. Negative: Didn’t enjoy the accommodation - Room 5 in Bold Street. Not a lot of care and thought had gone into it. The place could have been a lot cleaner, there was no washing-up bowl nor plug for the sink but there was washing-up liquid, the shower tray was riddled with black mould. Biggest problem was that just outside the window (behind the bed headboard) was a massive, noisy air extraction system which was operating late into the evening and intermittently throughout the night – sleep was difficult. The £150 security deposit was supposed to be refunded in 7 days, but I had to ‘phone up for it, and it took 11 days
