Positive: Apartamento amplio, luminoso y camas cómodas. Está en el centro, bien comunicado. Negative: Es muy céntrico pero en una calle donde está llena de bares, la música dura hasta altas horas de la noche, así como personas borrachas, peleas,...Difícil descansar bien. Íbamos en familia y no lo recomiendo con niños. Te puedes encontrar personas durmiendo en el portal e incluso vómitos. Al apartamento le faltan muebles donde poder guardar equipaje, la mesa comedor sin sillas. No había escoba, recogedor, fregona....cinco días que no entran a limpiar ni los huéspedes pueden hacerlo. Éramos 4 personas y solo dejaron accesorios de aseo para dos y para un día, cuando en la pagina ponía que eran gratis. Los solicité y me dijeron que no, que eso era lo que había. La plancha no funcionaba. No tienen aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, por lo que si hace calor, se pasa mal. Pudimos salir a las 11 bajo petición, pero la hora de entrada es a las 15 horas rigurosamente. No tienen servicio de guardar equipaje, cosa que me parece super necesaria. Y la fianza que hay que hacer me parece abusiva, y más si luego tardan tanto en devolverla.

Great for nightlife Positive: It was very clean and spacious. It was located on the strip which was convenient for our stay because we was there for a night out. Staff very helpful and friendly via the phone. Do not book this apartment if you want a quiet stay its not recommended for that as its a very loud and busy area. Its definitely recommend for nightlife. The apartment is right next door to Greggs its a small doorway and the apartment is very good for security your very safe here. There is only stairs to your apartment so if you have mobility issues its not recommended as stairs are steep and plenty of them. Great price for where your situated and my apartment slept 4 people.

Weekend getaway Positive: Location, cost, clean. Online staff made it easy to book and update. Easy to access with option to leave key in door safe. Kitchen facilities available and ready to use. TV in lounge. Would definitely go again. Negative: The beds could have been rearranged differently to make access easier. If heater by window in bedroom was moved a bit to the left a bed could go on the right and then move middle bed longways along wall it's already at. Would have been easier access for everyone to their beds. Shower knobs seemed to have moved off original setting so guessing which way to turn it to desired heat.

Positive: How easy the whole process was. Quick responses from the staff when needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Came for work but will be back with family as this apartment suits everyone!
