Negative: Being charg £50 for apparently pressing a fire alarm when no proof can be provided, all that was proved was a picture and a video of one of us in the corridor l, there is also an unidentified person in the video. None of us recall a fire alarm and none of us pressed the fire alarm

Positive: Facilities were okay
Negative: When we arrived at property we were given wrong codes to get in and the customer care ignored some of our phone calls. Music thumping out till 2a.m from the bar across the road. No fan in rooms when temperatures outside were very high.
